Non-Surgical Facelift: Meso RFLift^S, Anchor Lift^SM and LipoLift^SM

What is Meso RFLift^SM, Anchor Lift^SM, or LipoLift^SM?
Meso RFLift^SM, the enhanced treatment, uses synergistic packaged treatments of Thermage, ReFirme, BOTOX®, and synthetic fillers to sculpt a saggy, chubby or heavy face. No incision is used.

Thermage uses unidirectional radio frequency electrical energy to produce gradual skin tightening, collagen remodeling  and shrinkage of  unwanted fat in select areas.  Correctable include nasolabial mounds, jowls, and double chin.

ReFirme, on the other hand, uses bidirectional radiofrequency, along with infrared light, to stimulate superficial collagen growth to produce gentle and more immediate skin tightening and lifting.  Correctable conditions include early stages of saggy brows, crow’s feet, droopy cheeks, and neck laxity.

Super RF Lift^SM, a synergistic package radiofrequency program, uses combined treatments of Thermage, ReFirme, BOTOX®, and synthetic fillers to sculpt a saggy, chubby or heavy face. No incision is used.

Anchor Lift^SM is a minimal surgical procedure whereby larger and stronger anchored sutures are used to lift the saggy tissues more significantly than barbed sutures. Correctable conditions include mild to moderate saggy cheeks, jowls, corners of mouth, and neck. Small incisions behind the temple hairline or behind the ear are necessary.

LipoLift^SM is the most state-of-the art and the most dramatic non-surgical face lift. LipoLift^SM combines the effects of Thermage, ReFirme, BOTOX®, autologous fat or synthetic fillers, and facial lifting sutures. When fat is used as the filler, additional benefits include liposuction of unwanted body deposit. Conditions of facial hollowing, sagging, flattening, and undesirable body contour are corrected to create a tightened, lifted, voluminous face, and a more pleasing body shape. Correctable conditions include facial hollowing, sagging, flattening, prominent jowls, lax corners of mouth, neck banding, and unwanted body fat deposits.

When and What Results Might Be Expected? How long does the results last?

For Thermage, gradual and conservative skin tightening with contouring over three to six months is expected to last up to one year.

For ReFirme, some immediate tightening followed by gradual improvement of skin laxity over three months is expected to last up to six months.

For Super RF Lift, some immediate tightening followed by gradual skin lifting and contouring over three to six months is expected to last up to one year.

For combination packaged programs such as MesoRF Lift or LipoLift, immediate dramatic improvement of sunken or hollow areas is expected, followed by gradual dramatic improvement of crow’s feet in one week, followed by more gradual conservative skin elevation and contouring in three months.

Results generally last up to years with further treatments suggested for maintenance.

What is the recovery like? When can I return to work and activities?

Recovery usually takes one weekend. Minimal swelling and bruising are expected. Use of prescribed pain medicine is not necessary. Make-up can be applied immediately. Most patients return to work and regular activities either immediately or within one weekend.

Any treatments to help maintain or enhance my results?
Minor adjustments, maintenance, or further enhancements can often be done non-surgically without surgery using the non-surgical procedure such as BOTOX®, Thermage™, ReFirme™, Fillers, or Non-Surgical Facelift. More extensive changes may require further surgical shaping.
